Terms of Use

Last updated July 23, 2026

By creating an account or using Recerta, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Important — informational only

Recerta's reminders, CE tracking, and state requirement data are provided for your convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not legal or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for meeting your licensing obligations and for confirming requirements and deadlines directly with your licensing board.

Accounts & access

Recerta is invite-only; access requires administrator approval, and two-factor authentication is required. You're responsible for keeping your login and authenticator secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
  • Don't upload another person's information without their permission.
  • Don't enter patient information or other protected health information.
  • Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.

No warranty

Recerta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that reminders will be delivered or that requirement data is current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recerta and its operators are not liable for any missed deadline, lapsed license, or other loss arising from your use of — or reliance on — the service. Confirming your obligations with your licensing board remains your responsibility.

Changes & termination

Administrators may suspend or remove access at their discretion. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the changes here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
